Chief Customer Officer
Started in 2013 July. Responsible for CS strategy, department growth and ensure that the managers who report to him, and the specialists they work with have everything they need to deliver world-class support to Hostinger customers.
Ingrida Bulatoviene
Customer Success People Lead
Started in 2020 September. Responsible for providing effective HR services for the Customer Success department and managing a team of CS Talent Acquisition Specialists to achieve human resources goals in a timely manner. CS People Lead is the go-to person for all Customer Success employee-related topics: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, talent management, employee attrition and retention.
Margaretha Hutabarat
Customer Success Global Accounts Team Leader
Started in 2020 June. Responsible to manage Customer Success Specialists in the Account Team (EN) to ensure they have all the tools and skills to provide WOW customer experience.
Muthi'a Hasna Thifaltanti
Customer Success Global Quality and Development Specialist
Started in 2019 December. Main responsibilities are collaborating with Customer Success Team Leaders and SMEs, exchanging information about Customer Success Trainees and Specialists. Building training and being included in the decision-making about the aspects of workflow, as well as ensuring the quality of the chats and providing constructive feedback for the specialists.
Khansa Abi Zhafira
Customer Success Indonesia DAB Team Leader
Started in 2021 August. Responsible to answer incoming conversations via live chat, helping the Customer to improve their website by assessing their needs, and adjust the product and actively selling additional services. Khansa started her career at Hostinger from a Customer Success Specialist Global Team for Billings, then she moved to Accounts, and Prosumers before joining the Indonesian Local Team as a Team Leader.
